The New Year is upon us and with that comes a few changes for Snapshots by Bridget. I would like to introduce my all digital sessions for 2012. I will still offer the sessions fees with the option to buy prints, digital files, and products but the majority of my clients wanted digital files in the past year. So I'm giving this option a try.

Here is the scoop....

All Digital Sessions

Digital Sessions include the session fee and all the images from the session on a disc with a print release.

Mini-Session $200
all images on a disc with a print release
up to 3 subjects • up to an hour of shooting • up to 20 proofs • 1 location • 3 black and white images of your choice
excludes newborns due to time factor needed to photograph

Session $300
all images on a disc with a print release
up to 5 subjects • 1 hour of shooting • up to 50 proofs • 1 location • 5 black and white images of your choice

Senior $400
all images on disc with a print release
up to 2 1/2 hours of shooting • clothing changes • up to 3 locations and/or split session • up to 60 proofs • 10 black and white images

Digital Session Add-Ons
$10 for each additional subject and/or location
$25 for all images in gallery turned black and white
$25 travel fee for 30 miles from 45377 zip code

$100 is due with-in 5 days of booking (this is non-refundable) to hold your session day and time. Remaining balance must be paid with-in 14 days of session. Gallery will not be opened until fee is paid in full. If not paid in full by 14 days of session date $20 for each week that balance is not paid will be applied to balance.

Sports fee • $50

Includes:
Bridget traveling to your team's game & All images on a disc with a print release. Up to 2 hours of coverage. Fee due at the time of booking.
Traveling more than 20 miles away will be an additional cost of $25.00 • Additional time $10 an hour
**Any storyboards or Posters are an additional Cost**

Fall Scheduling Note

Fall is upon us! The crisp air, the trees are starting to show color..its my favorite time of the year. I wanted to pass along a little information about my fall scheduling.

October is fully booked. November is filling quickly.

I will be booking November evening sessions around 4/4:30 due it getting darker earlier this time of year. So this means my weekend availability will fill quickly as well. If you are wanting to book please contact me as soon as possible. Also be sure to check the blog for the Black Friday Sale again this year. ;)

365 Snapshots - 59 days!!

59 days done! This month I pretty much used my blackberry or my point and shoot for most of my shots. It was kinda nice to not think about taking a perfect picture. I did also give the kids a bit of a break and took more pictures of "stuff" things that reminded me of what was going on that day.

I know the weather is not the best right now but I promise Spring is right around the corner. Its time to THINK SPRING! The first blooms of beautiful Tulips & spring flowers hit around mid April.

Yet again..another year has flew by! My Grow-with-me sessions just pull at my heart strings. They steal my heart then grow up to quickly.

31 days done! I'm proud to say that I haven't scrambled at the end of the day searching for something to take a picture of. I've focused on trying to concentrate on what is going on that day and capture that. So far so good! I'm also happy to say that my camera hasn't been in the bag sitting all month either! Although I have been using my blackberry, my point and shoot, and my 50D. So you may see some serious quality differences in some of the shots. ;)

My personal 2011 photography project {365 Snapshots}

365 Snapshots is a personal project of mine to attempt to take at least one picture every day in 2011. In 2010 I did a 52 weeks project and I didn't do better at photographing my family. I did OK at making sure I got that picture a week in..so this year I plan to challenge myself. Challenge myself to get those everyday moments, the little things, the important things that I don't ever want to forget. Because these moments, my kids at this time..it only happens once!

My family "used" to be very well documented. I "used" to take my camera with me everywhere and take pictures everyday of everything and every moment. You know the everyday moments not just the important "make sure you bring your camera" moments.

Then I really had an urge to learn photography, learn the camera..and more pictures than ever were taken during that learning process..that obsession stage. Then that obsession became a serious hobby and that serious hobby became a job. And I stopped photographing those everyday I don't want to forget moments..and only stuck to the "make sure you bring your camera moments".

Today...

Today we hung out. Today we watched movies.

52/52 - 52 weeks a photography project

I can't believe that 2010 is over! My goal with this project was to take a picture of a week of my family. In hopes to get back in the swing of following my children around with my camera. Where I didn't succeed as much with that as I hoped..I have stayed with the project all year! Here are all 52:

Here is my very last picture of the project..taken with my blackberry. ;) Santa brought Sammy an American girl doll but wasn't on top of things and did not bring her matching outfits. So Sammy improvised by wearing Fancy Nancy clothes. Even though Sammy's outfit was outgrown last year. lol

I have to take a minute and Thank all of my wonderful clients for a fabulous 2010! It has been such a blessing to meet you all. I'm hoping 2011 is a great as 2010 was! In trying to help meet all my clients needs I've changed up a few things and added a few things.

Hopefully the first big change you have noticed is the website!! The proofing site has also received a face lift.

2011 Pricing
My Session Fees and Pricing for the most part have stayed the same. My goal is to try to stay affordable but not work for free. Although I love what I do it does take me away from my family so I do like to be compensated a little. ;)

Here is a list of the changes/additions:

Collections! (packages) - Many clients asked about adding packages. I've come up with four different package options that also include discounts. You can view the package prices here: PACKAGE PRICES.
Prices - The following products/session prices have been increased: Discs and Mini-Session Fee.The Grow with me Session fee has decreased price.
Products - I have removed a few products that were not of high interest and added a few new products. Standouts, Dog tags, Dry Erase Boards, and Mini-Gallery Mounts. More may be added I'm still working on this so if you don't see prices yet they are coming. ;)

Give it to me on a Disc Session! (all digital)
I've added an all digital session option for those of you who know you want your images on a disc. This fee offers a bit savings with a little extra product. When you purchase the all disc option you also receive your gallery printed as a 4x6 or 5x7. Check out the details HERE on the SESSION FEE PAGE.
